The Crate of Thunder

"Criticize in private, praise in public" may be a good guiding principle for leadership, but I figured that it's acceptable to put it all out in the open on a site like this.  This will be the place for your comments, suggestions, hate-mail or even the rare attaboy to kick out for the esteemed viewing audience of The Crate.  Just remember, owner gets the last word on each submission, so at least give it one proofing.  Fight's On!
